2. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us at support@gudshade.dev if you suspect unauthorised access

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the app without permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Impersonate any person or entity

4. Content & Accuracy

Facts in Swipedia are sourced from the internet and may also be generated or summarised using artificial intelligence (AI). As a result:

• Some facts may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• AI-generated content may contain errors or hallucinations
• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of any content

All content is provided for entertainment and general interest only. Always verify important information from authoritative sources before relying on it.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Swipedia — including facts, designs, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Gudshade. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Premium Subscriptions

• Payments are processed through Google Play and managed by RevenueCat
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to the Google Play refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gudshade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without notice or liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
